Earth's Weather & Climate control System.
Are we ready to give NASA & the USAF the new focus of a Space Based Weather Control System?
We know how to do it by using Space Based frequency & Current control systems (maybe solar farms) with focal capability and where multiple overlap and layer up the different temparature causing control of wind currents. We could simulate all the variation in similated programs and show them on a NOAA science on a sphere type viewing in 3D and have peel off techniques to throw them on a Wall touch screen computer/monitor. A great focus is to favor taming & controlling weather violence because of our Global Dramatic Change partly caused by our ozone depletion activities form the past.

On December 3rd, the President hosted a discussion to explore every possible avenue for job creation, and the White House is also asking for input from across the country to identify opportunities and obstacles on the ground. Thank you for volunteering to host a Community Jobs Forum to help in that effort. Now that your forum has concluded, we look forward to your feedback based on the various ideas and perspectives from the participants. Brevity and plain language are encouraged. As stated on the questions form, the final report can be submitted via WhiteHouse.gov/CommunityJobFeedback. Please do not submit anyone else's personal information such as names, email addresses or phone numbers.
1. From what you have seen, or seen reported about the President’s Jobs Forum on December 3rd, what seems relevant to your community?
1) We seen that On-Line questions could be asked thru the Washington Post.
2) The Media had unfavorable outlook of those invited because they were mainly academia and not "Real Job Creators" or the SBA.
3) We have seen President Obama trying to keep this from being a political show by Particular businesses and Special Interest Groups=Good.
4) Nothing yet relevant to our community, except job losses exist.
2. What parts of your local economy are working or thriving? What businesses and sectors are expanding and hiring?
Major:
1) Working: Commercial Aerospace; Boeing & Vought 787, 747-8
2) Working: Military Aerospace; Lockheed, Northrop JSF/F35,
Spacex, Boeing & Northrop: Satellites Divisions
Minor:
3) Renewable Energies; Solar Cell & Wind Generators
4) Energy Savers; Consumption waste eliminators and thermal improvements.
5) Home Repo, Auctions & Get Rich Quick Schemes
3. What parts of your local economy are not working or thriving? What businesses and sectors have been hit the hardest? What are people struggling with the most?
Business Not Working/Thriving & Hit Hard:
1) Real Estate Development & Construction workers of course
2) Dock Workers & Truckers, here (LA & Long Beach) at Americas #1 largest Import /Export Dock, over 30% less activity which is an economic indicator for up & coming trend (up/down) this year going down.
3) Petro Chemical; On a maintain "keep the flow" output (with no upgrades or improvements) and has less need for new or as many existing workers.
4) Skilled Military Defense workers; many programs completed development and engineering (C-17, F-18, Space shuttle)
People Struggling most:
1) Those who played to hard in the easy money real estate bubble
2) Lower skilled labor and those from businesses listed above
5) Any New Business to Support & Serve the Above
4. What are the opportunities for growth in your community? What businesses and sectors seem poised to rebound? What do you see as the “jobs of the future”?
1) Renewable Energies: solar tile roof shingles (pop. science Dec 2009 pg.75). Boeing Portable APU for military (Seal Beach, CA.) &
Wind Generators.
2) Electric Vehicles: Like Tesla, (next gen) Samsung EV4, GM's
3) "Best Easy Bet" High Speed Rail System; 1st for Commerce & Military, 2nd for People; from Coast to Coast (E/W), All West Coast (we ship Aircraft parts), All East Coast. Strategic National GDP delivery points.
4) Superconductive Energy Storage Rings (similar to: SSCollider)
5) Space Based Solar Energy Farms with microwave energy delivery systems (i.e., to NASA from GDSS now ALS or the old Tesla's Project)

1) Cal. EPA, No Business Initiatives or Incentives to Produce Here, too many PACs and Special Interest Groups especially California "Worse".
Could Help Business:
1) Lower Taxes for Business
2) Tax Incentives for hiring people
3) Tax Initiatives tied to GDP creating businesses, especially export sales
4) Eliminate Offshoring Jobs Initiative that Bush signed in
5) Create the Renewable Energy Initiative like Germany, loans to create bases & Selling back to the Grid & a 20 year Energy cost standard.
6) Allow US Oil drilling/taping our own Natural Resources NOW, eliminate foreign Oil Addiction & being held hostage, Take care of US first!
7) Allow Modern Safe Nuclear energy systems, if necessary
8) Build Our prior items: 4.4 SESR & 4.5 Do-able Solar Farms take care of US and sell energy to others.
6. What other issues and ideas should the President consider?
Issues:
1) Lowering Business Taxes
2) Unfair Trade Practices with foreign Countries (Japan), Tax them fairly on how fair it is for US to sell there.
Ideas:
1) Creating a Multi-leveled GDP Tax Incentive Initiative
a) GDP Exporter with US Build Products are Best
b) GDP creators which Help eliminate Trade Imbalance Better
c) GDP creators/products which can save US jobs from being lost (in order of National Importance).
d) Job creators which help grow the US, its talent base and its high paying value to the competitive marketplace.
2) Produce the above listed items: 4.4 SESR & 4.5 Do-able Solar Farms take care of US and sell to others.
3) Listen to Lee Iacocca's "Where Have All the Leaders Gone" CD's
4) Build better personal safe flying crafts GPS, ATC controlled for our Future's 3 Dimensional travel as invisioned by NASA 20+ years ago. Be the Henry Ford Industry of tomorrows traveling before Japan (Honda), China or someone else does.
Hard to believe we are #2 in the Aircraft world we/USA invented & evolved just like the Auto Industry.
